Our Story

Welcome to LIV Baked Goods! I'm Livia and I'm 19 years old. I live in Minnesota and I, along with my two sisters, Isla and Vienna, founded LIV Baked Goods. At nine months old, I was diagnosed with severe allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, sesame, sunflower seeds, peaches and cherries. I have lived my life avoiding any products containing these allergens but I also have a major sweet tooth! My mom taught me at a young age to bake so that I could enjoy desserts and baked goods like anyone else. Baking has become a huge passion of mine. I have not let my allergies stop me from doing what I love and I have continued to teach myself to become the best baker that I can be!

I decided to create LIV Baked Goods because I want others to be able to eat baked goods without having to worry about their allergies. I know what it feels like to be nervous to try something that someone else makes, or to feel worried that you might have a reaction from what you are eating. Our company sells cupcakes, cakes, and other baked goods that are allergy friendly! I know how to safely avoid cross contamination and use safe ingredients when baking, and our kitchen is free from peanuts and tree nuts. 

My mom always told me at a young age that something good would come out of my food allergies. I feel that the Lord has blessed me with the talent and gift to be able to give other kids with allergies something that they normally would not be able to have. Romans 8:28 ~ "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose."
